During this session we will:
Review your full health history and symptom timeline
Assess digestion, energy, sleep, stress response, hormones, and inflammation
Identify patterns of compensation (what your body is adapting to)
Determine which tests are appropriate (and which are unnecessary)
Clarify the primary drivers behind your symptoms
You will receive:
A written summary of findings
Clear priorities
A recommended direction for recovery

6 × 45-minute monthly consultations
Each session includes:
Full progress review
Interpretation of symptoms and lab results
Adjustments to nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategy
Clear explanations and recorded notes
Advanced Laboratory Interpretation
I coordinate and interpret functional testing as needed, including:
GI-MAP stool testing (digestion & microbiome)
Organic Acids Test (detoxification & mitochondrial function)
Hair Mineral Analysis (nutrient & toxic burden balance)
Hormone testing (DUTCH or blood)
Comprehensive blood chemistry (thyroid, inflammation, nutrient status)
