A Precision-Led Functional Medicine Practitioner
Fabiola Balistreri is a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Registered Nutritional Therapist and DNALife Certified Practitioner, with further training through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Working with clients in London and internationally through online consultations, Fabiola provides highly personalised support for people experiencing complex or persistent health concerns, as well as those seeking to improve vitality, resilience, prevention and long term healthspan.
Her work combines functional medicine, nutritional therapy, nutrigenomics and advanced laboratory testing. Rather than examining symptoms in isolation, she considers how digestion, hormones, thyroid function, immune health, metabolism, stress, sleep and environmental influences may interact.
A More Personal Standard of Care
Fabiola’s practice is designed for people who want more than a collection of recommendations or a generic wellness plan. It is for those seeking time, depth, careful investigation and a strategy created around their individual circumstances.
Her role is to bring the different elements of a client’s health story together, explain them clearly and provide thoughtful, evidence informed guidance that can be applied in everyday life.

Yes. Functional medicine can sit alongside conventional care. Prescribed medication should only be changed with the clinician who prescribed it.
