How it work

Book a free call here.

Fabiola will order your test.

Receive your test kit at home, follow the instructions, and return it to the lab using the pre-paid shipping label.

You will receive the results after the follow-up consultation.

Fabiola will guide you through the entire process step by step. You’ll receive clear, easy-to-follow instructions, including a helpful cheat sheet on collecting your lab test samples, completing the requisition form, and returning your kit to the lab. Local blood draw options will also be provided if your test requires phlebotomy.

Your test results will be sent directly from the lab to your practitioner, Fabiola Balistreri. As soon as she receives them, she will contact you to schedule a follow-up appointment to review and explain the results.
